From my perspective it is more important that someone takes care about the game graphics themselves like deck of cards, playfield that it fits better into KDe appearence.
yes but if the game doesnt have an icon in the 1st plac, you get a situation like mine before i downloaded these! i had two games with the same genric spacship icon because that was the closest to relevant.
Ok added a PlaneShift and Vendetta Icon hehehe (got nothing to do in the morning anyway ;P )
There is a missing link on the black template on the gentoo page...
dang ...there's one somewhere in the forums (forums.gentoo.org ) ...but i don't have time to search for it at the moment ...or in the next days ...so visiting it and searching for the gentoo icon sets would probably help you out pretty much :]

great idea!! ...i always thought games on happypenguin are the best ...but in almost all cases they lack icons ...so i'm really happy about this

good idea its true i cant find an ion for racer? could you do one for that, i mean just a sort of stylised "R" would be good. oh yeah and does torcs have an ion?

Oh, and I don't know what games you're planning on covering with this set, but it'd be good if you could do some icons for non-commercial games... maybe even just some generic icons like a table tennis bat, a tennis racquet, a few cars, a pool/snooker cue, a few guns, a few spaceships, etc.

I am mainly planning to cover icons for games which can be found at http://www.happypeguin.org, they often don't have any icons ;)
