" -- problem with inverted buttons suppose to be fixed (Thanks to Texstar) Enjoy!" How did you do this? I need to fix the same problem on my machine. Thanx; Samsara
Having some trouble building it under FreeBSD. I'm getting the following: !!! If you get recursion errors from autoconf, it is advisable to set the environment variable M4 to something including "--nesting-limit=500" *** Creating list of subdirectories gmake[1]: *** No rule to make target `subdirs'. Stop. *** Creating configure.in gmake[1]: *** No rule to make target `configure.in'. Stop. gmake: *** [cvs] Error 2 Any ideas on how to make this work?
Only bad thing so far for me is: no sticky button. I want a sticky button. I NEED a sticky button... Gimme sticky button! NOW! :)
After installing the rpm and selecting the SuSE window decoration you may need to log out and back in for the buttons to look properly.
I am almost certain their window decoration is not released under the GPL and therefore it is illegal for you to post it here. Did you check to see if it was legal to do this? I hope so.
Taken from the cpp file : /* * SuSE window decoration for SuSE 8.1 * written by Adrian Schroeter * * copyright 2002 SuSE AG, GPL License * */
Since it ws something that differentiated them from other distributions I expected it to be proprietary. I guess SUSE thought they should give back more even though they already give back sooo much more than they are required to. Can you make this without any text or symbols, only the decoration. What I mean is take the KDE and the geecko symbol all away and submit a clean version. I personally see enough about KDE. I have the sidebar image to say KDE, all the KDE apps ahve about KDE (I have no idea wahy they did this), my wallpaper says KDE,and practically everything on my desktop starts with a K. I want my Kwin decoration to be without any refference to KDE.
nice!
I hacked the rpm and got to install it under gentoo, but I have the effect, that I always have the buttons pressed down effect (those squares), and when I press a button down, I have the opposite... Could it be, there is something changed? Tell me, if you need a screenshot to see, what I mean. Thanks anyway ;-) Greetz, GM
Checkout the new version suppose to fix the problem!
unfortunately I cannot check it out right now, the motherboard of my bigtower burnt away yesterday eve *crybittertears*, and so I am running a debian-knoppix live cd@my old tower to do at least the most important things. But I think, that it works right now and wanted to thank you for the work :-) Always wanted to have that win dec and never found it... Greetz, Mona
