sorry , but why do you replace the u with * in "BlueCurve" ?
is it that evil? or is it copy protected?
we usually do this thing with MS Wind*ws , or things that are bad to linux . But bluecurve is from redhat and designed by a linux designer.
I don't want to annoy you , but I realy need to know is redhat and bluecurve bad?
Actually I think tha RedHat had tradmark on bluecurve. Basically it means that nobody but redhat proper can produce a theme with the blucurve name. (they can use the theme verbatium, just as long as the name isn't used). Same thing that brings you pink tie linux, over at cheap bytes. (I believe its called branding)

Where can I find the windows decoration that u use... Its really nice and fits well...
I wouldn't really worry about Red Hat (of all people) getting nasty because you mentioned "Bluecurve"..
With trademarks you don't really get a choice, it isn't a matter of being nasty or not. And respecting trademarks is a good thing regardless.
