Description: I found this Splash On here some time ago I believe it's by Da Flow so I would like to give him credit, however I find it quite tiresome to copy png files each time I want to change my Splash and I've find the Splash Screen tool in the Kde Kontrol Panel handles Splash Screens Quite well so I converted it and now here it is to make life a little easier. If there's other Splashes out there you'd like converted just drop a comment. THanksLast changelog:
