yes, i had the permission. it was an open photo session: the company had these models at their booth to attract customers to linux-based business... the models were payed for this.

Actually I have that same Tux blow-up thing. He doesn't hold an inflation too well though. I think it's the valve that's leaking and not a bad Tux.
