nice idea! But there is a big little error in it: there is an European Union flag and a United Kingdom one! The UK is a State of the European Union, its flag shouldn't be there if there is the EU one :-)
If you put a UK flag you should put there all flags of all EU member States.
By the way... nice job!!

I noticed some of those things particularly afterward. Thanks for the positive feedback. I changed a couple of things to enhance it once more. The flags at the bottom would be cool, I'm just too tired tonight ;)
This is really good looking, except i think that the icons don't really go along with the flag theme.
You should change them to all crystal, and make them smaller, or make the icons at the bottom flags too. But its a really cool start.
