Sorry for the broken file extension, I reupload a new file. There is no buttons because we dont need it :) Just bind actions to keyboard.
can do that with any wm....but they still have buttons ;)
There are still icons on many desktops, do we really need them ? I dont think so.
need? of course not... we don't need gui either, but convienence and choice is nice. :)
looking at the screenie I can't help but wonder....where are the buttons? Being a wm theme, I'd hope you'd post a screenie showing buttons.

it's a sawfish window manager theme. but as you mentioned the tarball is corrupt...
Rename the file from tar.gz to tar.bz2 and you can open it. As already pointed out, this is a theme for sawfish, the wm used before metacity in gnome.
