well I haven't submited this to this site for a fairly long time since it's creation I guess the reason for this is that it is a rox theme http://rox.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/static.html and not a gnome theme, I might eventually make a gnome port but it is doubtful. The only reason that I am submiting it is because I know that a large percentage of the gnome community use rox.
