This is a sample for a typical spreadsheet using a dialog.
You can then modify and design different dialog for diffrerent spreadsheet template.

How it works;
Data in the second sheet ( eg, customer data) was grasped and passed to the combo box in the dialog.
You can also choose other option and check box in the dialog box and to pass to the Sheet1.
Sheet1 can be formatted nicely and print.
