Looks great, but are you the author of that background? That's a deviantart work by the name of elementrio. If not, you should contact the author to make sure you are allowed to release your kdm theme under GPL.
No, the Wallpaper is not from deviantart.com. I found a wallpaper with google and the thing on the right is from this wallpaper. Ihmo looks the original wallpaper totally different. Btw on the page there was no author and no licence.
But when you tell me who made the original wallpaper i can ask him. ;)
It is a great KDM theme, no doubt about it - but I've found the guy's own website here
