Note: This script *may* (I don't know, it's fine for me) be quite processor-hungry - the animation is about 6.7fps - please don't complain to me about the speed unless you can tell me some way to optimise it

Kirby is great. He seems to say around the very middle of the screen though. it would be more interesting if he walked around more.
You can open the .theme file in KWrite or whatever and change the W=256 in the first line to something a little higher than that if you want him to walk further. This is the width of the theme. ;)

Thanks for creating Kirby. I think it is amazing. He will be my desktop friend for a long time. Wish List: Can you create an option for Kirby to speak and tell you the time. For example, he can tell you the time when you double click him and automatically announce the time every hour. You can use festival for this?? just an idea.

The next version will contain all new frames as an option :) They're double the size and proper alpha-blended true-colour frames I made in the GIMP (which I decided I should learn how to use in the end) The new frames will come as an option and I'm also planning on implementing a custom zoom level (possibly configurable through a superkaramba theme menu) for either of the companions :) (for those with very high or low resolutions) http://www.flls17009.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/chris/images/kirby_stand.png for a preview

Well, the game was released in 1996 and it's not like I'm making any kind of profit on them... If people have a problem with it, I'll take it down :/ Eventually I'd like to replace all the frames with my own Kirby frames, but I'm crap with the GIMP and I can't get Paint Shop Pro 7 to work in WINE, so can't really do that yet 'til one of those circumstances change If anyone would like to draw their own frames and send them to me, I'll include those
Also, thinking about it, I don't see people who make Mac OS-X style window decorations worrying about it, so I don't see the problem :p
