Description: It is my second contribution... It is based on liquid sunrise of janet (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/Liquid+Sunrise?content=54867) background and icones come from liquid weather. I include a "liquid sunrise french summer.theme" because "liquid sunrise french.theme" dont work with the summer time.
