Description:
SuperKJournal is currently a Livejournal RSS Superkaramba theme. The ultimate goal is for it to be a full Livejournal client, for superkaramba. Right now it simply displays the latest entry from each friend you specify. (Much like one of my previous themes, but better)

To use:
Open with Superkaramba. All configuration is done via the configuration menu (right click--->configure theme). All settings take effect immediatly,
EXCEPT "Select Journal" and "Edit Friends" 1-8. These require that you reload the theme before changes take effect.

SuperKJournal supports any blogging site based on livejournal code (ie deadjournal, ujournal, blurty) and would easily work with many other sites with
only a little editing (although this probably won't be the case for future releases)

TODO: (ie, features to come soon)
-Add configuration options in SK config menu.
-Fix so that it will still function even if someone enters a bogus name or leaves some blank.
-Fix bug so it doesn't freeze up while updating (ideally, some sort of feature like in Liquid Weather Plus, where a small progress bar provides the user with visual feedback that an update is in progress and is inded moving along)
-Add alternate graphics to provide a choice of "themes"

Longterm Goals:
-Connect directly to lj, loging as user, and generate latest friend's entries
-Add other features from lj that might make sense in a desktop widget (calender, todo list, memories maybe?)
-Add ability to update journal directly from widget (ideally requires some sort of editable textbox class)
Last changelog:

Version 0.02
-All configuration is done via the config menu
-Added 4 themes: Livejournal, Deadjournal, Dark, and Black and White
-Added splash screen

Version 0.01
-Initial Release

ok looks great but where does it post to ?

liquidchile

Well, that depends. For example, lets say you have "Livejournal" selected as your journal, then it will post to livejournal. It actually doesn't technically post for you (not yet, at least), it just brings up the web interface to post entries. Which web interface is determined by the type of journal. (so, if you enter blurty as your journal, it will pull up the blurty web interface, if you select deadjournal, it will pull up the deadjournal one.) Of course, instead of bringing up the web interface for your journal, you can enter the name of a program for an update client. For example, i enter logjam as my client, and whenever i click update journal, it brings up logjam. I hope this makes sense. It the readme isn't clear enough, let me know and i'll try to flesh it out :-)
