nice theme. however, one should change the update interval, which is currently set to 3000. IMHO this is much too high.
also, on my system, it is changeing the few constantly - because not all news fit in there. maybe you should allow a larger window (scaleing)?

Where can I find RSS URL's?
Visit the newspaper's homepage. Generally it have a link to the XML file.
