Create a "splashes" directory if it does not exist
Copy this image into the "splashes" directory

Nice palette but I think the direction of the swoosh looks better the other splash for OO.o; it leaves more room for the layout of the text Also if you do not capitalise GIMP it looks rude :) Not your fault it's a stupid name
