Hi,
I want to build a rpm for fedora and it would be easier for me if I can have a look at your spec file - maybe you can post it or link to it here?
liquidat
It seems to install fine on Mandrake 10.0 (KDE 3.2), but it does not show up in the "style" area in "Look 'n Feel", so I can't select it. Seems odd.
Could you offer any help?
In any case, it's a great style, and I'm sure people appreciate that it's been packaged as an RPM, too.
Hi, sorry I hadn't responded, but due to the lack of time I was unable to visit kde-look or even update the package... Check with rpm -ql lipstik... that all files are correctly installed, and match your Mandrake installation... or, perhaps, it could be incompatibility problem ;), hope this helps somehow...
hi..
i installed the 18228-lipstik-0.7-1.i386.rpm on my mandrake10.0.
but i can't find lipstik in KDE-look&feel-windows decoration.
how to make it happen & use it?
Hi aaru,
hardly is it surprising you could not find lipstik in the windeco section, because it is a style... yes, a style :), so try under 'look'n'feel-style'. If you wanted the windeco you'd seen in the screenshot, you can find my rpm here:
http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=18203
Thanks for the interest in my packages, hope you'll enjoy both the windeco and the style ;)
hello.
I have the same problen there is nothing in styles, i just find 2 color definition in colors, the windeco works good and I'm downloading the icons now but the stiles nothing, it is an independent style or what?, because i found the lipstik librarys in the folder /usr/lib/kde3/plugins/styles
but in looknfeel->styles it dosnt appear.
thanks.
Funny... it should be there ;). I really can't help you with that, the rpm seems correctly installed, if you have the libs and colour schemes, but smth is missing... don't know, as I said, I'm running Mdk10 with KDE/Qt 3.3, maybe it has something to do with it... please, do rpm -ql lipstik, and make sure things are in the right place....
