Description: "Stainless" is a native window decoration for KDE 3.2, it features a nice button animation. The color sheme which is used for the screenshot is included, too.
I have created it a few weeks ago and it is working great but I haven't felt like "finishing" (minimize the overhead for drawing operations and some minor polishing) it so far. It shouldn't get lost on my HD so I think it's the best to post it here, hope you like it.Last changelog:
I like the look but the program crashes Kwin constantly.

This theme doesn't show up, any ideas anyone?
cheers mob
but I have a question: when maximized, does mouse-clicking in the upper-right of the screen close the window, like with plastik (and only with plastik, afaik)???
if not, considder this a feature request...
I like it, it's clean. The only criticism I have is that the buttons look a little squished.... like they were squares but have been scaled down vertically.
Actually, I like the buttons. They kind of add to the effect of the whole windec. That said, I'm a little tired of brushed metal looks. It is clean, however, and I would definately add it to my rotation. (I never use the same windec for more than a few weeks...I like change. lol)

very weird if I run kcontrol from konsole it shows up, but upon selection this dec appears as Keramik but in the preview pane shows up as stainless

Should work the same way like Plastik if you disable moving&resizing of windows.
fixed MousePosition in client for my kde-3.1.95-0 to compile but it works now. It looks great. Thanks!

I like the buttons. I think they're the decoration's distinguishing feature.
