I'm using the latest Shiretoko too, but i used the Nightly Tester add-on and forced the install and it runs flawlessy(so far). It's really a wonderful theme.
I really like this theme.
Why don't you post it on the Mozilla website as an Add-on theme?
I think that could be really great (and for once it will be a theme "for Linux only", I'm trired of these "for Windows® only").
I like the theme, but the buttons, are Windows buttons. You should really make a version with Oxygen icons buttons, so that it really incorporates into the KDE4 desktop properly.

Same for me, Font sizes (menu, firefox gui, preferences...) are larger than normal.
Also, font colors does not honour the rest of my system (kde and gtk), here they are black, while i use to keep them on grey.
That kind of problems are very usual in the latest firefox themes out there, so i wonder why.

The only thing i wanted to say is that the fontsize of the menu and menubar is really large. Could you make it a little bit smaller?

If they were round each inactive tab would use more space so you would see less tabs. In that case KFirefox and Konqueror (4.1) have the same look. Those are the reasons.

I like this theme and i thing kde distro should take this theme for firefox. Please continue tweaking on the tweak its already amazing :)
