Description: Plugin for KDE file managers (Dolphin and Konqueror) to view movies, with a cover, using the information you have stored Xbmc (.xbmc/userdata/Thumbnails/Video/). In a future version, will use "Nepomuk". You need to install Xbmc and get the covers of the movies.
Really great idea; thanks for sharing this.
A note to anyone that was previously using mplayerthumbs or kffmpegthumbnailer: You'll most likely need to empty your thumbnail cache (rm ~/.thumbnails/*) before this works properly. Before I did this, it was only showing the XBMC thumbs in the information pane.
Since this plug-in only works for videos which have thumbnails in XBMC, it'd be nice if it allowed mplayerthumbs/kffmpegthumbnailer to work for those that don't. Other than that, great job!

when I'd like to install the app, I don't get a preview (I enable the movie files in dolphin). Is there any problem with kde 4.10 or xbmc 12?
same here with kde 4.9. I think xbmc changed the way saving thumbnails.

Nice add on for the Xbmc users - thank you. Working fine with the Kubuntu 9.10 & 10.04 (alpha2).
