Nice mod! But it's not working 100% to me, take a look please: http://i46.tinypic.com/2ik2o91.jpg

winchendonsprings

it says there is an option to switch between light and dark? how would I do that?

winchendonsprings

also .. in list mode folders have a gross + symbol rather than a drop down arrow when I choose elementary from the customize appearance. A way to change that?

algalord

The right_slider_normal.png don't appear in nautilus... it don't work. I'm in Lucid now with the elementary nautilus.

nenelinux

estos son los mismos temas que me enviastes por correo ?

jecovier

I have some problems with the mod. The first arrow doesn't really fit and the search area isn't wide enough, look for yourself: http://img683.imageshack.us/my.php?image=screenshot98.png It seems the the 0.3 patch doesn't work for me. Please help.

jecovier

I see, it seems that the changes i made in the 0.3 are not properly implement in the dark version... mmm, i'm gonna fix but now in my job i'm very busy so it will be for the next week

first: amazing work! second: can yu help me? i've installed all required piece of sw/gtk and this is what i've got: http://img692.imageshack.us/img692/9205/nautilusn.png this is my /usr/share/nautilus/ui/nautilus-navigation-window-ui.xml: <toolbar name="Toolbar"> <toolitem name="New Tab" action="New Tab"/> <toolitem name="Back" action="Back"/> <toolitem name="Forward" action="Forward"/> <toolitem name="Up" action="Up"/> <!-- <toolitem name="Stop" action="Stop"/> <toolitem name="Reload" action="Reload"/> --> <toolitem name="StopReload" action="StopReload"/> <separator/> <toolitem name="Cut" action="Cut"/> <toolitem name="Copy" action="Copy"/> <toolitem name="Paste" action="Paste"/> <separator/> <toolitem name="Home" action="Home"/> <toolitem name="Computer" action="Go to Computer"/> <separator/> <toolitem name="Search" action="Search"/> <separator/> <placeholder name="Extra Buttons Placeholder"> <placeholder name="Extension Actions"/> </placeholder> </toolbar> is this that make my nautilus looks ugly?

jecovier

hi, i have to clarify that this is not a really breadcrumbs implementation, to get this effect i used a png as background of the toolbar, so it's not customizable... if you want to look nice, you have to used only reload and search buttons.

insane74

ok, thanks. so, if i tweak the png i should be able to fix it, right?

benoror

Added as a package to Archlinux AUR: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=34997

jecovier

hey thanks

ochosi

would be great if someone could make that work for thunar as well - i guess it should be possible. thanks in advance.

This metacity looks a lot like Tigris: http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Tigris?content=75347 What modifications were done to produce a new theme?

ghostlyrics

you're asking the wrong guy. This is the source of the metacity theme http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/The+elementary+Project?content=79428

envyouraudience

That's a totally different metacity theme. Look at the inactive buttons.

ghostlyrics

I am very sorry and I don't intend to insult you but I really can't figure out the difference. :(

PsychoDevon

What is the font in your pictures? and can you link to the first wallpaper?

jecovier

the font is liberation, i think it's the default font from fedora, not sure. the first wallpaper is from here: http://mikkoliini.deviantart.com/art/Candy-143585075
