Description: This theme is a mod of the Overglossed theme by TheRob that I made for my girlfriend. All credits should go to TheRob. I also used the Overglossed_Red (Redglossed?) theme by dictionary so I could get the purple right. The flowery panel is a mod of fridge's panel. Because of license issues, these panels are not included in this theme, but you can get them in one of the links bellow.
And... if you are going to vote bad, leave a comment telling why, maybe it's possible to work it out.
A few tips:
1. About Color Schemes: There is a index.theme.dark (Screenshot 1) and a index.theme.bright (Screenshot 2) in de main folder (Purpleglossed), just copy the one you like most to the same folder with the name index.theme. The default is the bright one.
2. About Panel: The default panel (Screenshot 1) has a backup into Purpleglossed/gtk-2.0/panel/ named panel-bg(default).png. For a flower decorated panel, like in Screenshot 2, just download them (see bellow) and then copy the images panel-bg(flower_top).png or panel-bg(flower_bottom).png to Purpleglossed/gtk-2.0/panel/panel-bg.png.
To TheRob:
In my opinion, the Overglossed theme is the best dark theme in gnome-look. I switched over from Darker Ice and never regreted. So... what about an Overglossed Project? There is already a Blueglossed (the original), a Redglossed (Overglossed_Red) and a Purpleglossed. It would be just about to find a few people with minimum Gimp skills and a couple of hours. I would love to see a Blackglossed (like the enigma theme menus, but for every stuff) and a Whiteglossed (something like Totem play/pause icon in the black-white 2 icon theme). But I'm sure there are lots of people that would enjoy a Greenglossed and an Orangeglossed theme. Everyone likes color customization. Well, it's just an idea... and thanx for all the great themes you've been supplying us.
Dont know why its been taken of this site, but maybe you should ad a link to the theme, cause its still available on softpedia.com
link here http://linux.softpedia.com/get/Desktop-Environment/Themes/Overglossed-peace-38615.shtml
But maybe it should be checked with this forum if there is a reason for its been removed from here.

Hi, Firstly i would like to say thanks for providing a truely great theme and a very nice remake of the original. Your idea of remaking the overglossed theme and notion that anyone with basic gimp skills and a couple of hours could make their own really inspired me to knuckle down to it and create my own theme (something i have been desperate to do since my first days of linux, however i never felt that i had adequate enough skills for such a task. However i think i may have just created something at the very least usable. As it was inspired by your theme and fulfils at least part of your wish to see further glossed themes i thought i would post a link here for you, let me know what you think and what areas i could improve upon...
