A minor modification of the default Sonar theme from openSUSE. It lightens the menu bar colour from #303030 to #3d3d3d to match Uniq (http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Uniq+v1?content=136136) and Shiki-style window borders.

The theme also includes a small change to 'fix' Chrome/Chromium so that it uses the menu colour for the background to its tab area. This makes it appear more like a Sonar app when using system window borders, rather than showing a green (by default) area.
