Not everyone digs the blues
I was wonder what method/program you used to get the look in your wallpaper. I would like to use a similar effect in my next wallpaper but cant quite get it. Thank you for your assistance.
I used Illustrator to create the basic shapes - imported them into photoshop, applied some filters (e.g. motion blur) and changed the blending mode of some layers (e.g. overlay) - that's it :)
Blue Crystal is great. Please bring back the green tones though, those are my favorite.
Hi thanx - I always thought that the green versions weren't that popular, so i didn't include them in the set. Anayway - i will also create a green version :)
Just added a green version - hope you enjoy...
Thanks a lot, I didn't expect you to add them in so quickly!
I think it's nice. It's my new kdm background now.
Thanx - my intention was to keep the wallpaper as simple as possible - blue crystal elegance :) The blue and gray ones are intended to fit more or less every desktop - the brown one is tailored to the Gorilla icon theme. hope you enjoy :)
Are you the author of this Blue Crystal wallpaper which comes with kde, too?
yes - the previous version (Blue Crystal 4) ist included in KDE 3.2...

no - there's no wallpaper from me in KDE 3.1x...
