yeah, I was wondering that too! Did you use blender with yafaray?
Hi, yes, Blender and yafaray is a good way to render 3d model.... soon i'll try Blender + Luxrender 0.61
how did you get yafaray to work? i am using 2.5, but I think if you told me how it works in 2.49 I would figure it out. Every sice the removed the switch to yafaray button in 2.48 i was lost
Hi, it work. My Ubuntu is 9.04; the 9.10 dont work fine on my pc. U need yafaray 0.1.1, compiled with python 2.6 (u can get it here http://www.yafaray.org/download). U also need blender 2.49b but compiled with python 2.6, not the one compiled with python 2.5 (http://www.blender.org/download/get-blender/) The debian package is compiled with python 2.5 I have blender 2.49a compiled on my pc from svn version. The tarball version 2.49b compiled with python 2.6 dont work on my machine and i dont know why (and at this time i dont have time to waste to work on the problem). Sometimes u need to download and manually place yafaray python script in blender script directory, then update menuscript. See u and forgive my bad english.
Very nice! What program did you use?
Thanks..... Modelled in Blender 2.49a. External Rendering using Yafaray 0.1.1
