Hakuou Academy is a fictional school in a certain work I really love (use Google if you don't have a clue), and I've always found the seal (again, use Google) very beautiful. But I could not, in good faith, use a copyrighted work as my wallpaper; so I decided to make my own and release it into the public domain (and pray like mad that the use of the school name isn't restricted by trademark or anything like that) for everyone to enjoy. Now you too can be geeky and use this wallpaper to show your support for your favorite pink-haired, tsundere student council president.

If you don't follow that paragraph up there, this wallpaper is like a niche (and Asian) version of using the seal of Hogwarts as your wallpaper.

The two-part motto of the wallpaper is made up of two quotes from Sun Yat-sen.
