The desktop is a plain solid colour: H=217, S=65, V=70. Tux is set as back-ground, tiled.
I'm using Clearlooks with Classic window border (downloaded from GNOME-Look - thanks to the original artist) and Mashup icons (again, thanks to the original artist).
I downloaded a Linux 2.0 logo, extracted Tux and applied transparency and monotone colour. It can now be resized and recoloured in GIMP.
