This packages contains also the previous svg files. So, you need not to download them.

"You can use them as background pictures or postcards. You can edit it with Inkscape. Every modified picture will be unique.
Unfortunately, SVG pictures (saved with Inkscape) are not displayed correctly by KDE in some cases, so it is recommended to convert them to PNG."
