Seriously, how could this possibly be covered under the GPL. It's a friggin wallpaper! To distribute under the GPL you have to clearly define what is the "source code" for your project. Theoretically that could be possible, if you had like the original Gimp file you used before merging the layers or something, but that's not even being distributed. When you click download, you just get the image, no copy of the license, no source code or written offer for the source. This is becoming more and more common on this site, since the default license is just GPL, that's what people choose, disregarding their responsibilities for public distribution under the GPL. This kind of thing makes the GPL look like a joke, as if GPL=Public Domain or something.

I never said that it was me which had created it. I think that when a wallpaper is nice, I can make profit the community of this ! Charles
