The Bright color in the middle combined with the chaos of colors (i.e. too many bright colors) makes this wallpaper confusing to the eye. It has no "theme". Perhaps a themed wallpaper would help, say like "metal", "groovy", "green ice tux" or something like that. It would help produce a work that makes sence and isn't so confusing to the eye. Remember the eye moves left to right (in western nations) and so try and make the theme accordingly. Good luck.
