bill is an unbelievable cynic. he charges so much for such a crappy os because people are stupid enough to pay it. probably most people would charge that much if they could but also probably most people would have made it much better beforehands.
anyway, this has nothing to do with this wallpaper. imho, kde-look should be collecting kde wallpapers or at least nice wallpapers. this one is neither.
people, please, don't post things so ugly even if for some weird reason you think the idea behind them is funny (it usually isn't) / trendy (one of the most stupid arguments possible) / politically correct (probably the most stupid argument possible) / whatever else (again, it usually isn't).

it can at most make it an bad wallpaper with a rich past, but still and most of all - bad
