This is merely a port of the New Wave theme's metacity to xfwm4.

Note that I added a shade button that is an exact copy of the maximize one. It's for the people like me who like the shade button, but I didn't have the time to play with Inkscape for more button layouts.

You may want to include the title-2 and title-4 pieces. Otherwise you'll have gaps in your title bar.
