Im using your theme in XFCE, but the problem is that the panel it doesn't look like your screnshoot, i mean the panel bg graphite, look:

I don't know very well wfce. if you right-clik on the bar is it possible to change background properties ? if yes then enable the defaut color if this does not work select background image ~/.themes/ML-Union/gtk-2.0/Panel/The_panel_you_want.
Tell me if it works.
