Great light theme. Perfect replacement for arc theme. The gtk2 theme, does not work perfect on Ubuntu 18.04 with gtk2-engines-pixbuf. It is too light and without proper padding.
Looks great. It would be cool if it were themed for Budgie, because it's just plain white right now which is no biggie since there's always the 'built-in theme' option, but that isn't ideal, so hopefully you'll consider this.
You need to Modify the svg source files，and export new png files，It's kind of complicated，anyway, I'll upload this blue paper icon theme of mine for download

Updated to the latest version of Cinnamon, now the windows buttons / decoration work fine but the borders do not appear in the list to select

You can use arc cinnamon theme

Looks great, but the whisker menu button in xfce has a white background color, while the rest of the panel is grey.

I use gnome3 on ubuntu
The new Azure theme's blue is too dark. I prefer the old light blue. This theme was still good nevertheless. Too bad I didn't use Gnome right now. :/

软件主题支持，metacity主题也支持，cinnamon底栏主题的话可以用arc的，都是蓝色
