Description: This is my latest attempt at a clean and simple theme.
In the download, there are Gtk 2 and Gtk 3 themes along with a metacity theme. For those who like to use fallback mode with compiz, an emerald theme is included. If you do not like the panel in fallback mode, then tell the panel to use the file panel_refrac_40.png, which is included in the download,

Softened the gradients on the original colour scheme and reduced the window border thickness.
Added two new colour schemes. One based on the GNOME-Look web site and the other on MS Office 2007.
I am very new to linux and need some assistance with the install of this theme. I have created the directory in the terminal. The file is extracted to my downloads folder I just do not know what to copy to the directory to get the theme to become available. Any help please. Thanks
Go to your downloads folder and open the tar.gz file. It should open with your archive manager. You should see three folders. Click on the folder you want (each one is for a different colour) and select extract.
You will be asked where to extract to. You should browse to ~.themes. .themes is a hidden folder in your home folder. When you browse you can right click in your home folder and select show hidden files (then .themes will show up).
I hope this makes sense. If not please ask again.
Fedora: Copy one of the extracted folder to user/share/themes. Install the gnome-tweak-tool. Choose the theme by clicking on GTK + Theme. http://dietmarjanowski.bplaced.net/wordpress/?p=9754
