Generate ANY Color theme!
- Download the `master.zip` package and extract it.
- Inside it run:

Installation [easy]
!! You need to download the theme package for your current gnome version (You can check it by running: gnome-shell --version
- Download and extract the .tar.xz file.
- Install User Themes extension
- Move "Flat-Remix" folder to ".themes" in your home directory.
- To set the theme, run the following command in Terminal:
gsettings set org.gnome.shell.extensions.user-theme name "Flat-Remix"Or select "Flat Remix" as shell theme via gnome-tweaks
Installation with Login theme [expert]
Be sure you are capable of reinstalling gnome-shell/gdm in case it fails.
You need to have installed imagemagick and glib-compile-resources:
Ubuntu
sudo apt install libglib2.0-dev-bin imagemagickFedora
sudo dnf install glib2-devel ImagemagickArch
sudo pacman -S glib2 imagemagick- Download and extract Flat-Remix GIT master.zip package (!! Download the appropriate theme for your version of gnome-shell [46, 45, 44, 43, 42, 40 & 41, 3.36 & 3.38, 3.34])
- Inside the theme directory run the following commands and then reboot:
make sudo make installRecommended extensions

Does this theme work work for Ubuntu 24.04 Gnome 46?
Yes, the theme is updated for gnome 46
10 This theme is so polished down to the smallest detail it scares. The search bar changing to a white background in contrast with the letters once I start typing, the little cross that changes when I move the cursor over it in the activities overview, that slight and perfect gradient shadow under the icons... even the full top bar alternative I was looking for is there. The blueish background and those intense darks are also infinitely better compared to the default greyish Gnome theme. 10/10
10 GNOME 45, cool panel and OSD theming but dash-to-dock looks buggy: white background with Dark-Fullpanel theme, very intensive shadow by icons

10 The best and most cohesive gnome theme, keep it up! Would be great if you could update it for Gnome 43 as both Ubuntu and ArchLinux (in testing atm) got the update and the shell is quite broken.

at gnome's menu, where you can select wifi network, power off, and etc, when I select an option, the main text of submenu turn black and get really difficult to read (in darkest theme can't read at all). is there a way I can fix it at stylesheet.css or something? help pls.

I did this and it worked: In tweak app I selected default theme I logged out and in the virtual terminal I went into the theme root folder and typed make uninstall restarted and soon solved
I was just going to reply you hehe. Yes, you have to go to the downloaded folder and run `sudo make uninstall` (only in case you installed it from the git file). Thank your for the rating! Anyway, any suggestions of improvements that would give the theme a 10?

Glad to hear it! Great, generate-color-theme.sh! The highlighting wasn't working on the GDM and application submenus, but other than that, very happy update! GDM is now highlighted in Blue. GDM is now highlighted in Blue, and submenus are highlighted in gray. I want to be 5e81ac.
For example, the sub-menus when you open Settings, etc. are highlighted in gray, but in Files, they are highlighted in blue.
Thank you! For now the script to generate new themes does not modify the gdm theme. You can modify it inside src/gresource
