You have in the folder license CREATIVE COMMONS Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International Public License Version 4.0. And here is declared GPL license. What does it mean?

High quality theme. Many icons for KDE. Only 2728 icons in apps! Who knows another theme with so many icons in the apps? It is a pity that so few downloads. This is one of the prominent themes on this site. I mean on the thoroughness and quality. That's just the flat style I do not like. I prefer the beautiful semi-transparent icons with glitter and fine Riesz.

An Icon Theme should have a valid .theme file among its files and aim to be complete for desktop use under Gnome or KDE Plasma.

If it contains only a single icon or a small set of icons, please use the Icon Sub-Sets or Single Icon/Logo categories instead.
