copy the contents unpacked in / home / user / .icons If the directory does not exist create it

This Iconset is not working on 4Shared? Can we please have a working download link.
I cannot download from 4shared, everytime it times out and says page error. Is there any other way to download this?

As I can see, he made all the action icons monochromic, changed the folder icons. But I actually like in original icon set that not the all icons are the monochromic.
Some more info regarding the edit would be nice :)
What have you done? I don't see modify of the theme...
