To use, extract and put images in /usr/share/images/xsplash
(i would back it up, tho, not that it's bad, it's just what i did.)
When i tested the new throbber i had an idea, so here it is.
Throbber credits: idea by LuxieRayku, concept (art) by me, throbber by GenX
USPLASH:
to use open startupmanager and install the .so file (to get startupmanager install it with synaptic or run "sudo apt-get install startupmanager")
it should work then. ________________________ i would have used the "chromium" throbber, but i don't think usplash supports it, so i made a white-ish throbber that goes pretty well with the background.Last changelog:
u tried it? it works on my system.
u used startup manager, and installed the .so file under the usplash tab?
what exactly happened? u just get the default?
more info pls.
i'm not sure if i can make a usplash of it. i'll try, tho. not sure how to make new throbbers for usplash. i'll post if i get it to work.
(u mean with the new throbber, or just the saying?)
