The gRootO is a small script for root login through nautilus.I have made this script for ubuntu.The user can copy the script in ~/.gnome2/nautilus-scripts folder.The script brings a GUI for entering the password every time a access permission conflicts.

just right click in nautilus and the script will be available under scripts section.
