The GPL is the king of all licenses!
I'm a little surprised this is getting a somewhat low score in the voting system. It's a lot more appealing and less garish than most of the WM themes here of late (I'm looking at you here, recent-influx-of-ugly-Beryl-themes)
I think this is very good - you're right, it's nice to have a simple, but nice metacity window border. :)
