Description:
A modification of the Elegant Brit window border that replaces the colored window control buttons and window border with grey, and centers the window title. Use with 'dust' controls for best results.
Last changelog:

Changed the grey color to match the grey icons in the top panel ('dust' color scheme).

Metacity was the default window manager used by the GNOME 2 desktop environment until it was replaced by Mutter in GNOME 3.  Wikipedia
