Description:
It is the standard Ubuntu Ambiance theme although the trough is replaced with indents around the buttons.
Installation is simple.
Open Nautilus usr/share/themes with root-rights. Then extract it there.
To open Nautilus with root-rights in this map is simplest from terminal: sudo Nautilus /usr/share/themes
