You have made a XP like theme but why Kwin when you can make a better one using a native style. Try to make a Native theme using the example of Plastic.
About the choice of XP, the colours are not that bad. However in my case I prefer the Mac look on my desktop.
Actually, if people like xp it is their problem. I don't like it, but that is another question. What I simply don't understand, why you use the XP colors that are ugly, hurt the eyes, kill off my brain etc. You should have used some more creative colors... : (
I think the Win XP colors ARE more usable for a lot of people, especially in a daylight office environment.
Not my taste either, but that's just my taste.
That said, I hate to see someone's effort knocked so low in the points department with virtually no helpful criticism.
