what you called the "script page" is actually the style itself. You need to save the text to a file and call it blackstone.bespin.
Anyway, it works on bespin only, which afaik is a kde only engine theme.

Thanx anyway. I'm using Mate, Mint's new "Gnome". If there is anyway you could make a theme for gtk/metacity like this, I would love you long time! xD
First, save the theme in a file called "themename.bespin".
Then you must install the bespin theme engine: http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=63928
after that, go to systemsettings > application appearance and chose Bespin as your widget style.
Then click on "configure" and the Bespin configuration window will open up.
Go to presets, click import and select the theme file you downloaded from this page.
Click load and the theme will be applied.

you should probalby ask to someone who knows how to theme GTK to make a theme similar to this, I have no idea how GTK work :)

Offtopic, but what's that card-like panel at the bottom of your screen?
it's just Icontasks with colored background enabled. The icon theme is Ubo Icons (http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=122078).
