Open System Settings/appearance click on style (on the left) under Widget Style choose Qtcurve and click on Configure... Now you can import settings with Import button (just select the *.qtcurve file you want to use and click OK). If you have older version of Qtcurve Opacity setting will not be visible, you can download new version here: http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/QtCurve+%28KDE4%2C+KDE3%2C+%26+Gtk2+Theme%29?content=40492. (For color scheme open System settings/colors and click on Import Color Scheme. You need Emerald Theme Manager to use the Window Decoration. Import the .emerald file the same way as you import color scheme and Qtcurve settings.) Hope it helps and sorry for my bad English
