Bring Glare-Dark-Cupertino (xfwm4 window decorations theme for XFCE Desktop) to Emerald/Compiz.

v1.0: first previous version for the emerald file, which was not good for the presence of an extraneous folder, generated during the export process. I solved and updated it, and I modified the version numbering, like on the GitHub repository, where you can find also the source files used to generate the buttons, and the emerald file.
