I'm really happy with this theme, it looks really great! I had one issue however, since it doesn't support two additional window buttons I use quite often: "keep above others" and "show on all desktops".
I went ahead and made basic versions for those for myself. I'm not an artists so they don't look overly pretty, but they do the job for me. Maybe you can take them as inspiration or even as base for more elegant ones :)

One additional note, those buttons need config file adjustment for the theme to pick them up. I haven't yet figured out a good looking example, but once I have it for me I'll put it there as well.
That so easy you can do it yourself! Just open the perfection-darkrc located in /home/[your username here]/.kde/share/apps/aurorae/themes/perfection-dark/ with the texteditor of your choice and change "TitleAlignment=Left" to "TitleAlignment=Center" and save this file. Now just restart KDE (e.g log out, restart..) or "change" your winodw decoration (that means choose another one, then switch back to dark perfection again) - e voila!

Great decoration, really like it. But for my taste the title bar is much too big, so I'm trying to do a less space-wasting minimal-mod of this theme. Only problem are the svg's, if I mod yours with inkscape (saving them as svgz again), they just don't work, they don't display in aurorae. I don't know what the problem is as they have a working preview in dolphin, so do you have any hints for me?
Sadly, this was not the problem. I've uploaded the current state of my work here: http://www.fileuploadx.de/291540 I'd be glad if you could have a look at the svgz's and tell me, what's going wrong. Or better, that it's working for you :)

its look perfect, but can you create version with title in the middle?

that's most likely a cache problem, try copying and renaming the theme

Looks simple enough, I'll give it a try
