Description: Theme for an unified boot process in openSUSE.
How to install the Grub Bootsplash ----------------------------------
1) Extract the tar.gz archive
2) Move the extracted folder "Suse.Logo.Green" into "/etc/bootsplash/themes/"
3) Edit file "bootsplash" in "/etc/sysconfig/" and change the value of THEME from "openSUSE" to "Suse.Logo.Green"
4) Open | YaST | System | Boot Loader |, edit your default bootentry and change the "Vga mode" to your preferred resolution
5) Do "mkinitrd" in root terminal (If the result does not work properly, try mkinit with -s option, e.g. "mkinitrd -s 1024x768". As resolution you should use the one from step 4)

2) Choose the archive in folder with your preferred resolution
3) As a root type "splashy_config -i /Path to archive/Suse.Logo.Green.tar.gz"

How to install the KDE Splash Screen ------------------------------------
1) Open | System Settings | Workspace Appearance | Splash Screen | and install the theme from thereLast changelog:
I like this theme and have currently installed the Grub Bootsplash, the KDM-Theme and the KDE Splash Screen.
KDM login themes I prefer usual with a user list where users can choose their name from the given list.
I realized, too. If you don't change the given resolution in the "Boot Loader" Vga Mode, you'll have to manually "mkinitrd" or exemplary "mkinitrd -s 1680x1050" for your preferred resolution.
I'll update the manual shortly
