Plasma 5.3 Splash Screen ported to Kde 4.
Last changelog:

5.3.1 (08/14/15): Scale off.
5.3 (08/09/15): New version. Faster and more suitable for Kde 4.
1.0 (03/26/15): final release. All code changed to bring the new splash to Kde 4.
0.2 (11/20/14): first release
