This theme is based on:

Glassified Splash theme(http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=84124)
Peace Splash theme(http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=66359)

Unfortunately, Peace Splash theme is only for KDE 3.X, so I decided to update it

You can also use the same KDM theme:
